Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+F Your new BFF!

The "Ctrl+F" keyboard shortcut can assist in finding a keyword(s) hiding in plain site or a phrase buried in a long document. It can also find extra spaces in an editable document. Once a keyword or phrase is entered in the "Find" box, that word string will be found and highlighted within the selected content. The find box will also indicate how many instances of the keywords were found.

To locate extra spaces on a page, simply hit Ctrl+F, enter two spaces in the Find box, and every spot on the document that contains more than one space will be highlighted.

Example: When Ctrl+F is entered in the active page, a pop-up box will open at the top of the page. Enter keyword(s) or a phrase and the found results will be highlighted throughout the document. The pop-up box shows how many instances of the word or phrase are in the document and provides "forward" and "back" arrows to click through the found results.
